Friendship Day Card - Basic Paper Piecing

Hi everybody.....


Hows it going?  I have been trying for days to post the cards I am making but somehow it does not happen.... so probably you are all gonna get many card posts from me in the days to come....


Today I am showing you a simple card I made for Friendship day..... The sentiment stamp used is from the Scrappy Swap sent by Tejal.... It took me some time to get the position done because I had mounted it on mount board..... I think its come out nice... what Ya think???

The flower and stem is from the Fiskars stamp set - Petals from Scratch. I have paper pieced the flower petals and the center of the flower (whats its called? goooshhhhh me.... )


I am making cards with the co-ordinated paper and envelope sets I have in store. They are really good for quick cards.... Got more cards coming up...

Our Story - Anniversary Album

Today I am posting an 1st Anniversary Album made for a friend. This post is actually pending for 2 months now.... So without much talking lets get a look....

Whhooooopsie sorry forgot to mention where you can learn to make this album. Its a non bound album and super easy..... Just Follow along with what Juhi's got in this tutorial and you are good to go....

Stamping Fun!!!!

Had some fun with simple stamping to make these cards...

For this card I have used the Fiskars - Aged to Perfection Set

Sentiment stamped in two colours - gold and then green....

 My favorite stamps from the Fiskars - Latte Love collection  

used some Recollection Mini Brads also

Another one with the bottle of wine - I love the Sentiment on the inside of the card....

And an envelope with some stamping tooo!!!!

This is a long pending post.... actually lots of stuff is made but I have no time and sometimes no inclinations to actually post....

Here is something I made for Yohann's Christening Ceremony... It was a book in which all guests could write a message for my little star..... Have a look....

The words and calligraphy is done by my sis....

Two new cards

Hi Friends

How are you all doin... I have not been able to comment on any blogs but I do try to have a quick peak at the work that u all do.... All of a sudden its become really hectic so..... 

First of all I want to thank my dear friend Hussena who sent me a lovely card ( check the link... its some awesome quilling there) along with some cute goodies for my kiddo and me tooo.... its really really sweet of you dear .... Thanks so much!!!!

I also want to share two cards I made today

This card layout is based on the PPS challenge #3

I have made a rather simple card....... 

This is on the inside..... 

This is a second card I made.... This card is inspired from Radhika of Crazee Daisy (check out the original card at this link).... I had loved this card on her blog so had to try it out.... When I won her Valentine's Day candy I received some lovely twine from her.... so i had to make this card.... Though mine is nothing even close to her's.... hope u all like it!!!!

And here is what's at the back of every card.... 

It a customized stamp made by Varshistha for my creations (sorry for the poor pic quality).... It has been designed by Tejal of Creative Expressions .... The stamp is of super quality just like the imported ones.... the detailing is perfect and the clingyness of it is good too.... I would surely recommend it to all.... 

Double Easel Card Galore....

When I saw the date of my last post for Varna... I realized that its nearly a month since I last posted .... its not that I have not crafted.... its just that I cant find the time to post it.... (Wasn't I warned about this happening.... ) Ohhhhhhhh very much I was.... and its only now I realize what all you mother's out there were talking about.... 


So here are a few cards I made...... They all look similar in design.... That's what I was asked to make so that the three friends who had ordered would not end up fighting.... hehe....

Here's a closeup of the Decoupaged stickers I have used... Its a Paper mania pack called Winter Wonderland.... containing loads of decoupage stickers of these lovely teddies..... This pack is available in store... mail me for details....

The flap on the left is to stick photographs.....

I absolutely love this teddy carrying the biggggggggggg present!!!!
