Just a quick post today for two cards I made

Both the cards are made on the similar lines....

For this card I have stamped on the second fold of the trifold card.....

And for this next card directly on the vellum....

Baby Girl Scrapbook

Its been a hectic week..... I don't realize how the days pass.... This particular album was made in April 2012 if I remember correctly.... and have been thinking of posting it for long..... but somehow not got the time.... 

Am I always ranting about not having time????? Do you feel the same?

Any way I made this Baby Girl Scrapbook on order for a Little baby Girl's Christening... I really hope her mamma liked it... and the little one can hold cherished memories for life in this book....

And here I have used my new Alpha dies from CB and the Recollection brads..

I soooo love this paper from Echo Park and buttons from Pie Lane 

Check out the clip on top of the word PRECIOUS..... 

And lots of tags for notes to the cutie

Stamping Fun!!!!

Had some fun with simple stamping to make these cards...

For this card I have used the Fiskars - Aged to Perfection Set

Sentiment stamped in two colours - gold and then green....

 My favorite stamps from the Fiskars - Latte Love collection  

used some Recollection Mini Brads also

Another one with the bottle of wine - I love the Sentiment on the inside of the card....

And an envelope with some stamping tooo!!!!

This is a long pending post.... actually lots of stuff is made but I have no time and sometimes no inclinations to actually post....

Diwali Cards

Here are two simple cards I made for Diwali....

Most excited as I used my CB for the aperture and also ventured into using my Pie Lane Glitter Balls Box for the first time..... Yeah!!!!!! I did some basic embossing too..... I have to do more with my bug i have realised...its been sitting in the corner for too long now....

Also used the PielAne borders on the Red card....

I know I can be a little bit neater in the future and will work on that....

Ohhhh yes and the window on the red card is gone is little teda (as in "not straight" ).... Please excuse the learner in me this time.... I promise to do better.... and doesn't practise make perfect :)

Any tips to use the CB correctly are welcome (most wanted actually!!!)....

Have to still get the sentiments on these cards.... but dont want to write them out and dont have any stamps or stickers at hand still.... so waiting for Sri to send me some goodies....

Good News!!! Good News!!!!

Only after happily writing this title did I realize what it would mean...
But nah nah.... thats not what I meant by good news....

The news is I got my Cuttlebug :):)..... Surprise for me by dearest hubby.....

I always complained that he never took the trouble to surprised me.... so when I spoke about getting a Bug... he wanted to know what it was....
so I sent him a link from Ebay.... and guess what.... he orders it.....

Got it at a reasonable price too.... So its good....
Now looking for Dies and embossing plates.... Also looking for a C plate since it does not come with the machine.... Do let me know where I can get one at a reasonble rate....
